A note about printing these forms, when you choose to print look at your options when the print dialog appears and look for a option that says "shrink oversized pages to paper size" that way the whole page prints, even though the whole page appears on the screen on some printers the whole page does not print, this should cure it for all printers if the option is available under the print screen that appears.
